ARTISTES AND SPORTSPERSONS 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsperson, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State.
Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager. Subcontracts and Staff 4.1 The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all work on this Contract. The Contractor shall ensure and provide assurances to the Department or Customer upon request, that any subcontractor(s) or Staff provided under this Contract has the necessary qualifications and abilities to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. The Contractor must provide the Customer with the names of Staff considered for work on a purchase order issued under this Contract. The Customer shall retain the right to reject any Staff whose qualifications or performance, in the Customer’s exclusive judgment, is insufficient.
Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

City’s Project Manager The City’s Project Manager is Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. The City shall give Contractor prompt written notice of any re-designation of its Project Manager.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES The services which the Construction Manager shall provide include, but are not limited to, those described or specified herein. The services described or specified shall not be deemed to constitute a comprehensive specification having the effect of excluding services not specifically mentioned.
Subcontractors of Contractor These terms shall also apply to Subcontractors of County Contractors.
