Assigned Personnel. (a) Consultant shall assign only competent personnel to perform work hereunder. In the event that at any time SMART, in its sole discretion, desires the removal of any person or persons assigned by Consultant to perform work hereunder, Consultant shall remove such person or persons immediately upon receiving written notice from SMART.
