Assigning Personnel. The key employees set forth in A-E’s proposal shall not be reassigned or removed from the Project without prior written consent of the Airport Director. A- E shall not xxxx any personnel to the Project, whether or not considered to be key personnel, without County’s prior written approval of the candidate by name and the candidate’s specific hourly billing rate, and qualifications.
