ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-CONTRACTING. The Partners shall not sub contract, assign or transfer the whole or any part of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the other Partners, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. This shall not apply to any assignment to a statutory successor of all or part of a Partner’s statutory functions.
