Assignment Band. Each full-time academic employee shall be assigned as close to 1.0 annualized Full-Time Equivalent Faculty (FTEF) as reasonably possible during three (3) normal quarters (including Summer Quarter if that quarter is one of the three). In any case, a full-time assignment shall not be more than 1.022 annualized FTEF or less than .978 FTEF unless a workload adjustment is made in accordance with Section 7.4.5.
