Assignment by Employees, Agents and Consultants. All employees and agents of, and consultants to, Sigilon are obligated to assign to Sigilon their rights in and to any inventions arising out of their work at Sigilon either pursuant to written agreement or by operation of law.
Assignment by Employees, Agents and Consultants. All employees and agents of, and consultants to, LCB are obligated to assign to LCB their rights in and to any inventions arising out of their work at LCB either pursuant to written agreement or by operation of law.

ProQR has obtained from each of its current employees, consultants and contractors, in each case who perform research or development activities pursuant to this Agreement, written agreements containing obligations of confidentiality and non-use and an assignment to ProQR of all inventions (and all of such Person’s rights thereto) for which ProQR or Lilly is intended to have ownership or license rights under this Agreement such that no such employee, contractor or consultant shall retain any rights to such inventions that would prevent or conflict with Lilly’s rights of ownership or use of such inventions contemplated by this Agreement.

Merus has obtained from each of its current employees, consultants and contractors who are expected to perform research or development activities pursuant to this Agreement, written agreements containing industry standard obligations of confidentiality and non-use and an assignment to Merus of all inventions (and all of such Person’s rights thereto) generated in the course of their engagement or employment, as applicable.

Xxxxx has obtained from each of its current employees, consultants and contractors, in each case who perform research or development activities pursuant to this Agreement, written agreements containing obligations of confidentiality and non-use and an assignment to Verve of all inventions (and all of such Person’s rights thereto) for which Verve or Lilly is intended to have ownership or license rights under this Agreement such that no such employee, contractor or consultant shall retain any rights to such inventions that would prevent or conflict with Xxxxx’x rights of ownership or use of such inventions contemplated by this Agreement.
