Common use of Assignment by the Landlord Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Landlord. The Landlord shall have the unrestricted right to sell, lease, convey or otherwise dispose of the Property or any part thereof and this lease, including the right to mortgage this lease. To the extent that the purchaser or assignee from the Landlord assumes the obligations of the Landlord under this lease, the Landlord shall thereupon and without further agreement be released of all liability under this lease.

Assignment by the Landlord. 10.06 The Landlord shall have the unrestricted right to sell, lease, convey or otherwise dispose of the Property all or any part thereof of the Project and this lease, including Lease or any interest of the right to mortgage Landlord in this lease. To the extent that the purchaser or assignee from the Landlord assumes the obligations of the Landlord under this leaseLease, the Landlord shall thereupon and without further agreement be released of from all liability under this leaseLease.
