Assignment Ends Prematurely. If Administration determines that the job assignment is no longer needed and the position ends prematurely (before the renewal end date β Term Position ending date), the College Term Employee will be paid sixty percent (60%) of the remaining amount of what the College Term Employee should have been paid had the assignment concluded at the initial date agreed to, in addition to any unused vacation time.
