Assignment of New Classification Clause Samples
The Assignment of New Classification clause establishes the process by which a party may assign a new classification to certain goods, services, or activities under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria or authority required to reclassify items, such as changes in regulatory standards or business needs, and may specify who has the right to make such assignments. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility and clarity in adapting to changes that affect how items are categorized, thereby ensuring the agreement remains relevant and accurately reflects the parties' intentions as circumstances evolve.
