Common use of ASSIGNMENT OF ORDERS Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT OF ORDERS. This purchase order is issued to Seller in reliance upon Seller’s personal performance of the duties imposed and Seller agrees not to assign, subcontract or delegate this purchase order (or any portion hereof) without the consent in writing of Buyer (which may be withheld by Buyer in its sole discretion). Any consent by Buyer to a particular assignment, subcontracting relationship or delegation shall not constitute a consent by Buyer to subsequent assignments, subcontracting relationships or delegations, or a waiver of the general prohibition on subsequent assignments, subcontracting relationships or delegations.
