Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of the Leases, in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (“Assignment of Leases”) executed by Seller.
Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of tenant leases, in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("Assignment of Leases") executed by Seller.
Assignment of Tenant Leases. A transfer and assignment of the Tenant Leases (the "Assignment of Tenant Leases"), together with all rents, other income and deposits paid or payable thereunder, subject to the Permitted Title Exceptions in the form attached as Exhibit M, together with delivery of all Tenant Leases and information pertinent thereto.
Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of tenant leases, in the form of EXHIBIT I attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("Assignment of Leases") transferring all of Seller's interest in the tenant space leases for the tenants identified on EXHIBIT J attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (as updated at Closing) and any amendments, guarantees and other documents relating thereto (herein collectively called the "Leases"), together with all assignable non-cash security deposits deposited by the tenants thereunder and not applied by Seller in accordance with the terms of the Leases.
Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of tenant leases, in the form of Exhibit H attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("Assignment of Leases") transferring all of Seller's interest in the tenant space leases encumbering the Property on the Closing Date described in Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (as updated at Closing) and any amendments, guarantees and other documents relating thereto (herein collectively called the "Leases"), together with all assignable non-cash security deposits deposited by the tenants thereunder and not applied by Seller in accordance with the terms of the Leases.
Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of tenant leases for the Community, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Assignment of Leases”) executed by Seller and/or an affiliate thereof, as the case may be.
Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of tenant leases with respect to each Facility, in the form of EXHIBIT H attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (each individually an "ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES" and collectively, the "ASSIGNMENTS OF LEASES") transferring all of the landlord's interest in the tenant space leases for the tenants for each such Facility as identified on EXHIBIT I (the "TENANTS") attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (as updated at Closing) and any amendments, guarantees and other documents relating thereto (herein collectively called the "LEASES"), together with all assignable non-cash security deposits deposited by the Tenants thereunder and not applied by Prudential in accordance with the terms of the Leases.
Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of tenant leases from Seller, in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("Assignment of Leases") transferring all of Seller's interest in the tenant space leases encumbering the Property on the Closing Date and any amendments, guarantees and other material documents relating thereto (herein collectively called the "Leases"), together with all assignable non-cash security deposits deposited by the tenants thereunder and not applied by Seller in accordance with the terms of the Leases.
Assignment of Tenant Leases. An assignment and assumption of --------------------------- tenant leases, in the form of EXHIBIT O-3 attached hereto and incorporated ----------- herein by this reference (the "ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES") transferring all of the landlord's interest in the -------------------- tenant space leases for the tenants for the Property as identified on EXHIBIT I, --------- as such list may be modified, amended and updated from time to time prior to Closing in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (collectively, the "TENANTS") attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference and ------- including any amendments, guarantees and other documents relating thereto, including, without limitation, all of the New Leases entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (herein collectively called the "LEASES"), ------ together with all assignable non-cash security deposits deposited by the Tenants thereunder (unless adjusted pursuant to Section 5.1.1) and a schedule of all security deposits.
Assignment of Tenant Leases. At Closing Seller shall convey and assign to Buyer the interest of Seller in and to the Tenant Leases, and Buyer shall assume and agree to perform Seller's future obligations under the Tenant Leases, by mutual execution and delivery of an Assignment and Assumption of Tenant Leases in the form of Exhibit H hereto (the "Assignment of Leases").
