Assignment of the Officers. The Borough shall assign six Special Class III offi cers (hereinafter referred to as the “assigned offi cers”) to the Board’s schools in accordance with the schedule for hours and dates of service as set forth in Article 1.3 herein. The assigned offi cers shall all have completed School Resource Offi cer training prior to their assignment to the Board’s schools.

  • Additional Officers The Trustees from time to time may appoint such other officers or agents as they may deem advisable, each of whom shall have such title, hold office for such period, have such authority and perform such duties as the Trustees may determine.

  • APPOINTING OFFICERS If authorized by majority vote of the Members, the Chief Executive Member may appoint officers or managers and define their function and authority.

  • Removal and Resignation of Officers Subject to the rights, if any, of an officer under any contract of employment, any officer may be removed, either with or without cause, by the Board or, except in the case of an officer chosen by the Board, by any officer upon whom such power of removal may be conferred by the Board.
