Assignment Or Sublease By Customer. Customer shall not sublease, transfer or assign this Agreement or any portion thereof, or any right or obligation hereunder, unless customer has obtained the prior written consent of TSG, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Article shall be void.
