Common use of Assignment Postoupení Clause in Contracts

Assignment Postoupení. 15.1.1 The Institution/Investigator may not assign its/his or her rights and/or delegate its/his or her obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of ICON, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. ICON shall have the power to assign this Agreement to the Sponsor without the Institution/Investigator’s consent. Zdravotnické zařízení/Zkoušející nesmí postoupit svá práva a/nebo převést své povinnosti vyplývající z této Smlouvy bez předchozího písemného souhlasu společnosti ICON, přičemž jeho udělení nebude bezdůvodně zamítnuto. Společnost ICON je oprávněna převést tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícího.

Společnost ICON je oprávněna převést postoupit tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele smlouvu zadavateli bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícíhozkoušejícího.

ICON shall have the power to assign this Agreement to the Sponsor without the InstitutionInstitution´s/Principal Investigator’s consent. Zdravotnické zařízení/Zkoušející zařízení / hlavní zkoušející nesmí postoupit svá práva a/nebo převést své povinnosti závazky vyplývající z této Smlouvy smlouvy bez předchozího písemného souhlasu společnosti ICON, přičemž jeho udělení nebude bezdůvodně zamítnutoodepřeno. Společnost ICON je oprávněna převést má právo postoupit tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele smlouvu zadavateli bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícíhozdravotnického zařízení / hlavního zkoušejícího.

Společnost ICON je oprávněna převést má právo postoupit tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele smlouvu zadavateli nebo jeho pověřeným osobám bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícíhozdravotnického zařízení / zkoušejícího.

Společnost ICON je oprávněna převést tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícího.

Zdravotnické zařízení/Zkoušející zařízení nesmí postoupit svá práva a/nebo převést své povinnosti závazky vyplývající z této Smlouvy smlouvy bez předchozího písemného souhlasu společnosti ICON, přičemž jeho udělení nebude bezdůvodně zamítnutoodepřeno. Společnost ICON je oprávněna převést má právo postoupit tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele smlouvu zadavateli nebo jakékoli jiné svobodně jmenované přidružené osobě zadavatele bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícího.
