Common use of Assignment Postoupení Clause in Contracts

Assignment Postoupení. 15.1.1 The Institution/Investigator may not assign its/his or her rights and/or delegate its/his or her obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of CRO and Sponsor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. CRO shall have the power to assign this Agreement to Sponsor without the Institution/Investigator’s consent. Zdravotnické zařízení/Zkoušející nesmí postoupit svá práva a/nebo převést své povinnosti vyplývající z této Smlouvy bez předchozího písemného souhlasu společnosti CRO a Zadavatele, přičemž jeho udělení nebude bezdůvodně zamítnuto. Společnost CRO je oprávněna převést tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícího.

Společnost CRO je oprávněna převést tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícího. O tomto převodu bude CRO nebo Zadavatel Zdravotnické zařízené neprodleně informovat.
