Assignment priorities for MAs who have been displaced. If a provider to whom a medical assistant is primarily assigned determines that they are unable to continue working together, or the primary provider resigns or takes a leave that does not result in a reduction of force, the Employer shall have the right to “displace” the MA. Article 20.1.4 shall apply to fill vacancies with a displaced employee, except that selection shall be by mutual agreement between Provider and the Employee.
