Step Progression. Effective January 1, 2021, step progression between steps 1 and 10, or the steps as provided under the Appendix, will not be based on merit, performance, or performance evaluations.
Step Progression. Annual step increases shall be awarded beginning with the payroll period nearest the teacher’s anniversary date contingent upon satisfactory service as determined by the Performance Review, Article 11. A teacher who serves an emergency appointment and receives a probationary appointment to that position shall have their anniversary date credited to the beginning of the emergency appointment provided there was no break in service between the appointments.
Step Progression. To be eligible for step progression, Academic Year employees must have been employed at least ninety (90) work days during the prior year. Calendar Year employees must have been employed at least twenty-six (26) consecutive weeks during the prior year.
Step Progression. 1. Employees shall continue to advance one step on their respective salary scales for each twelve (12) months of service accumulated, effective when the additional twelve (12) months of service was accumulated.
2. New employees shall advance one step on their respective salary scales for each twelve (12) months of service, and thereafter from year to year for each additional twelve (12) months of service accumulated. Step Progression a. All Employees hired on or before February 6, 2018 will advance to the next step commencing the first full pay period following February 18 of each year.
b. Employees hired into the bargaining unit after February 6, 2018 shall advance to the next step commencing the first full pay period following one (1) year of service and annually thereafter.
Step Progression. 2.2.1 The years of service requirement for eligibility for merit increases on appointment or promotion are:

B. Step Progression a. All current employees will have a step placement date the first full pay period following ratification.
b. All current employees will advance to the next step annually thereafter.
c. Employees hired after contract ratification shall advance to the next step commencing the first full pay period following one year of service and annually thereafter.
Step Progression. Employees with a minimum of one (1) year of employment within the Bargaining Unit including their probationary period shall receive the applicable salary increase on April 01 of each year.
Step Progression a. All current employees will have a step placement date of May 1, 2018, or their hire date, whichever is later, or their adjusted step date per 14.3.
b. All employees will advance to the next step annually thereafter.
c. All step increases are effective the first full pay period following the dates defined in a-b above.
