ASSIGNMENT/USE. 3.8.1 Not to assign, sublet, part with, or share the possession of all or part of the Property with any other person and only permit the Property to be occupied by the Permitted Occupant and their immediate family (or such persons as may be permitted by subsequent written agreement first obtained) as rent free licensees only. 3.8.2 Not to take in lodgers or paying guests or permit any person other than the Permitted Occupants and their immediate family to occupy or reside in the Property 3.8.3 Not permit any visitor to stay in the Property for a period of more than three weeks within any three months’ period. 3.8.4 Upon request, provide the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent with documentation to confirm the right of abode in the United Kingdom for any occupant of the Property over eighteen years of age.
