Common use of ASSIGNMENTS, ETC Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENTS, ETC. (a) The Borrower shall have no right of assignment under this Agreement without the prior approval of the Lender. (b) The Lender may securitise, assign, transfer or novate any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement, and or under the loan/security documents and the Borrower shall take such action as may be necessary to perfect such transaction.
