Assignments/Reassignments of Certificated/Licensed Employees. A. The Superintendent/CEO retains under this Agreement the sole authority and discretion to assign and reassign employees, except as such authority may be specifically limited by this Agreement and said reassignment shall not be for arbitrary or capricious reasons.
