Assignor’s Continuing Rights and Responsibilities. Notwithstanding Sections 1 and 2 above, the parties hereto agree that the Assignor rather than the Assignee shall have the ongoing rights and responsibilities of the Owner under the following sections of the Master Servicing Agreement: 4.01 (a) Role of the Servicer.
