Assistance Responding to Claims. TNET personnel involved in the action subject to the claim shall assist the lead jurisdiction in responding to the claim. The TNET Legal Assistant shall be responsible for gathering all records relating to the claim. These records shall include, but are not limited to, incident reports, notes, transcripts, photos, evidence logs, recorded statements, documents from emergency dispatch centers, and warrants from all jurisdictions that participated in the action subject to the claim. The TNET Legal Assistant shall also provide a list of personnel who participated in the action subject to the claim and their contact information. The TNET Legal Assistant shall deliver all copies of the records to the lead jurisdiction promptly upon request.

Assistance Responding to Claims. All TRT personnel shall assist the lead jurisdiction, and anyone working on behalf of that jurisdiction with regard to any claim, in responding to the claim and providing relevant records. These records shall include, but are not limited to, incident reports, notes, transcripts, photos, evidence logs, recorded statements, documents from emergency dispatch centers, and warrants from all jurisdictions that participated in the action subject to the claim. Whenever necessary, the Team Commander/s shall assist in coordinating the provision of any records, and communications with any Team Member.

  • Submitting False Claims; Monetary Penalties The AOC shall be entitled to remedy any false claims, as defined in California Government Code section 12650 et seq., made to the AOC by the Contractor or any Subcontractor under the standards set forth in Government Code section 12650 et seq. Any Contractor or Subcontractor who submits a false claim shall be liable to the AOC for three times the amount of damages that the AOC sustains because of the false claim.
