Team Member. 10.3.1. An employee at this level performs work above and beyond the skills of a Team Member in Training and to the level of their training. Such an employee:
Team Member. For the purposes of this contract, an RtI Team Member will receive a stipend as defined in the attached Extra Duty Schedule. An RtI Team Member is defined as a teacher designated as a “standing member” of his/her building’s RtI team. Assignment to this team can change from year to year and is at the sole discretion of the administration. No Building Team shall have more than 4 “standing members” at any one time. Compensation for assignments made or accepted during the school year will be pro-rated based on number of days of “standing membership”. No teacher will be required to serve as a “standing member” against his/her will. No additional compensation will be provided to Ad Hoc members of the RtI Team.
Team Member. If a team member substitutes for another team member during a teaming hour, due to unusual circumstances, as asked by the administration, he/she shall be compensated at the hourly rate of $25.00 or one (1) hour compensation time, accumulating to a maximum of four (4) days per year. The remaining time shall be paid at an hourly rate of $25.00.

A team member performing one or more of the following functions in Supermarket Retail Operations:  the receiving and preparation for sale and/or display of goods in or about any shop;  the pre‐packing or packing, weighing, assembling, pricing or preparing of goods or provisions or produce for sale;  the display, shelf filling, replenishing or any other method of exposure or presentation for sale of goods;  the sale or hire of goods by any means;  the receiving, arranging or making payment by any means;  the recording by any means of a sale or sales;  the wrapping or packing of goods for despatch and the despatch of goods;  the delivery of goods;  window dressing and merchandising;  loss prevention;  demonstration of goods for sale, including conducting customer tastings;  the provision of information, advice and assistance to customers;  the receipt, preparation, packing of goods for repair or replacement and the minor repair of goods;  all directly employed persons engaged in retail stores in cleaning, store greeting, security, lift attending, store cafeterias and food services;  Clerical Assistants functions Level 1; or  work which is incidental to or in connection with any of the above.
