Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers. The assistant secretaries and assistant treasurers, in general, shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to them by the secretary or treasurer, respectively, or by the chief executive officer, the president or the Board of Directors.
Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers. The Assistant Treasurers shall, if required by the Board, give bonds for the faithful performance of their duties in amounts and with a surety or sureties which are satisfactory to the Board.
Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers. There shall be such number of Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers as the Board of Directors may from time to time authorize. The Assistant Secretaries may sign with the Chief Executive Officer, the President or a Vice President, certificates for membership of the corporation, the issuance of which shall have been authorized by a resolution of the Board of Directors. The Assistant Treasurers shall respectively, if required by the Board of Directors, give bonds for the faithful discharge of their duties in such sums and with such sureties as the Board of Directors shall determine. The Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers, in general, shall perform such duties and have such authority as shall from time to time be delegated or assigned to them by the Secretary or the Treasurer, respectively, or by the Chief Executive Officer, the President or the Board of Directors.

The Assistant Secretaries, when authorized by the Board of Directors, may sign with the Chair or Vice Chair of the Board of Directors or the President or a Vice President certificates for shares of the corporation the issuance of which shall have been authorized by a resolution of the Board of Directors. The Assistant Secretaries, in order of their seniority, shall perform the duties and exercise the powers and authorities of the Secretary in case of the Secretary’s absence or disability. The Assistant Treasurers, in order of their seniority, shall perform the duties and exercise the powers and authorities of the Treasurer in case of the Treasurer’s absence or disability. The Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers shall also perform such duties as may be delegated to them by the Secretary and Treasurer, respectively, and also such duties as the President may prescribe.
Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers. An Assistant Secretary or an Assistant Treasurer may perform any duty or exercise any authority of the Secretary or Treasurer, respectively. An Assistant Secretary or Assistant Treasurer shall perform other duties that the Member prescribes or that the President (if so authorized by the Member) assigns.

The Assistant Secretary or Secretaries, if one (1) or more, shall be elected by the Board of Managers, shall perform such duties and exercise such powers as shall be delegated by the Secretary or as shall be designated by the chief executive officer or by the Board of Managers. An Assistant Secretary may, in the absence or disability of the Secretary, perform all the duties and exercise all the powers of the Secretary. The Assistant Treasurer or Treasurers, if one (1) or more, shall be elected by the Board of Managers, shall perform such duties and exercise such powers as shall be delegated by the Treasurer or as shall be designated by the chief executive officer or by the Board of Managers. An Assistant Treasurer may, in the absence or disability of the Treasurer, perform all the duties and exercise all the powers of the Treasurer.
Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers. The assistant secretaries and assistant treasurers, if any, shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to them by the Secretary or the Treasurer, respectively, or by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Managers. In the absence, inability or refusal to act of the Secretary or the Treasurer, respectively, the assistant secretaries or assistant treasurers, respectively, in the order designated by the Board of Managers, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election or appointment, shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Secretary or Treasurer, as the case may be.
