Functions and Duties. 3.1. The FRSDAB shall hear all appeals from decisions made by the subdivision authority and the development authority of the respective Municipalities in accordance with Division 10 of Part 17 of the Act.

Functions and Duties. 2.1. The functions and duties of the Integrity Commissioner shall be:
a) conduct inquiries in response to a complaint regarding whether a Member of Council has contravened the Council Code of Conduct, East Hawkesbury’s policies, procedures, protocols and rules relating to the Code of Conduct, or sections 5, 5.1. or 5.2 of the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.50;
b) determine whether a Member of Council has violated any East Hawkesbury procedures, rules or policies governing ethical behaviour, and report any violation with any recommendation for sanctions to Council;
c) at least once per term of Council, prepare and provide oral and written educational information for Members of Council, East Hawkesbury and the public regarding the role of the Integrity Commissioner and ethical obligations and responsibilities of Members of Council under the Council Code of Conduct and any other procedures, rules or policies governing their ethical behaviour;
d) upon request, provide advice to individual Members of Council regarding their ethical obligations and responsibilities under their Code of Conduct and any other procedures, rules or policies governing their ethical behaviour. This advice can include recommendations on the appropriate course of action where Members of Council seek guidance based on specific factual circumstances;
e) upon request, provide advice and recommendations to Council regarding amendments to the Code of Conduct and any other procedures, rules or policies governing their ethical behaviour; and
f) prepare and deliver an annual report to Council containing a summary of activities, if any, during the previous calendar year.
Functions and Duties. The functions and duties of the Operational Area Emergency Organization shall be distributed among such Mutual aid organizations, COUNTY agencies/departments, SUBDIVISIONS, and staff as the Operational Area Emergency Plan shall prescribe. The form of the organization, titles and terminology shall conform to SEMS. N. ACTIVATION OF THE OPERATIONAL AREA EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER
(1) Location. The COUNTY Emergency Operations Center located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Rd., Silverado, California, or alternate as designated, shall serve as the OAEOC. Communication connection to the OAEOC shall be the responsibility of each SUBDIVISION and Mutual aid Coordinator or their representative.
Functions and Duties. 2.1 The LARB and CARB shall hear all complaints about any assessment or tax relating to any assessed property or business located in the Municipalities, in accordance with Part 11 of the Act.
Functions and Duties. The Board must carry out the following functions and duties:
(a) adopt an annual budget for Pension Plan administration, investment management of the Pension Fund and the activities of the Board, and communicate information on the approved budget to Plan Members and Employers;
(b) prepare an annual report, including audited financial statements, on the Pension Plan and Pension Fund;
(c) obtain an actuarial valuation and report on the Pension Plan and the Pension Fund at least every three years;
(d) retain professional, technical and other advisors that it considers necessary and determine the remuneration and reimbursement for expenses to which they are entitled;
(e) provide for the financial administration of the Pension Plan by:
(i) having an accounting system established for the proper reporting and accountability to the Board in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost,
(ii) having annual financial statements of the Pension Plan prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles,
(iii) having a financial reporting audit performed on the financial statements referred to in subparagraph (ii), and
(iv) providing to the Partners and Plan Members at an annual general meeting held for Plan Members and Employers an annual report on the Pension Plan, including the audited financial statements;
(f) assess the administration of the Pension Plan at the times and in the manner required by the PBSA, including without limitation:
(i) the Pension Plan’s compliance with the PBSA,
(ii) the Pension Plan’s governance,
(iii) the funding of the Pension Plan,
(iv) the investment of the Pension Fund,
(v) the performance of the Trustees, and
(vi) the performance of the administrative staff and any agents of the Board;
(g) establish a written governance policy in accordance with the PBSA;
(h) establish a written funding policy in accordance with the PBSA.
Functions and Duties of the Department Department of Health Services The Division of Medicaid Services (DMS) is the primary point of contact among the Department, the Contractor, and the Department’s contracted agencies responsible for the administration and operation of the IRIS program. DMS staff may assist the Contractor in identifying system barriers to implementation of the programs and may facilitate intra-and interagency communications and work groups necessary to accomplish full implementation. Notification of Changes in Functional Eligibility Criteria The Department will notify the Contractors of any changes in administrative code requirements related to functional eligibility, including, but not limited to, code changes that result in changes to the LTCFS algorithms or logic in determining functional eligibility for the programs. Reports from the Contractors The Department will acknowledge receipt of the reports required in this contract. The Department shall have systems in place to ensure that reports and data required to be submitted by the Contractor shall be reviewed and analyzed by the Department in a timely manner. The Department will respond with any concerns.

Functions and Duties. (a) The Company shall use the services of the Advisor, and the Advisor shall provide services to the Company, as Founder, director, Chairman of the Executive Committee and ex-officio member of the Compensation Committee of Faroudja, Inc. ("FI"). In addition, the Advisor will serve as Chief Technical Officer ("CTO") of the Company until such time as another CTO is hired, at which time the Advisor will take the title of "Senior Fellow" of the Company.
(b) The Advisor will assist the Company in the following areas:
(i) Recruit a replacement CTO;
(ii) Present the Company's position at public forums, including CES, NAB and IBC;
(iii) As director and as a member of the Executive Committee, participate in the decision making process for major changes of policy, definition of new products, acquisitions, licenses and other significant business events;
(iv) Provide technical and development assistance;
(v) Provide assistance in the prosecution of patents where the Advisor was or is an inventor or was or is one of the co-inventors; and
(vi) Provide assistance for litigation relating to the Company's intellectual property.
(c) The amount of time devoted by the Advisor as well as the time periods, will be at the sole discretion of the Advisor. The Advisor will participate in the CES, NAB and IBC shows.
(d) The Advisor will provide his services as an independent contractor to the Company and not as an employee.
