Associated Agreements. 7.9.1Interconnection Agreement(s). Licensee shall be solely responsible for all costs of negotiating and executing NEM interconnection agreement(s), with the Utility and for all costs of interconnecting the System with the Utility. Licensee shall reimburse the Judicial Council for any and all out of pocket costs the Judicial Council incurs in connection with those activities.
