Extensions of Dates. In the event of a Force Majeure, the Construction Start Date and the Guaranteed Completion Date shall be extended pursuant to the provisions in Section 14.4 of this SLA provided that Licensee exercises its best efforts to mitigate any delay caused by such Force Majeure. The Construction Start Date and the Guaranteed Completion Date may also be extended by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.

Extensions of Dates. The Guaranteed Construction Completion Date and the Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date shall be extended as follows: 8.6.1. For any delays caused by Force Majeure Events, provided that Licensee exercises commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate any delay caused by such Force Majeure; 8.6.2.   • Extensions of Time 34.1 If at any time during performance of the Contract, the Supplier or its subcontractors should encounter conditions impeding timely delivery of the Goods or completion of Related Services pursuant to GCC Clause 13, the Supplier shall promptly notify the Procuring Entity in writing of the delay, its likely duration, and its cause. As soon as practicable after receipt of the Supplier's notice, the Procuring Entity shall evaluate the situation and may at its discretion extend the Supplier's time for performance, in which case the extension shall be ratified by the parties by amendment of the Contract. 34.2 Except in case of Force Majeure, as provided under GCC Clause 32, a delay by the Supplier in the performance of its Delivery and Completion obligations shall render the Supplier liable to the imposition of liquidated damages pursuant to GCC Clause 26, unless an extension of time is agreed upon, pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 34.1.

  • DELAYS AND EXTENSIONS OF TIME 8.3.1 If the Contractor is delayed at any time in the progress of the Work by any act or failure to act by the State or the Architect, or by any employee of either, or by any separate contractor employed by the State, or by changes ordered in the Work, fire, unusual delay in transportation, adverse weather conditions not reasonably anticipatable, unavoidable casualties, or any causes beyond the Contractor's control, or by delay authorized by the State pending alternative dispute resolution proceedings, or by any other cause which may justify the delay, then the Contract Time shall be extended by Change Order for such reasonable time as recommended by the Architect and approved by the State. 8.3.2 Any claim for extension of time shall be made in writing to the Architect not more than twenty days after the commencement of the delay; otherwise it shall be waived. In the case of a continuing delay only one claim is necessary. The Contractor shall provide an estimate of the probable effect of such delay on the progress of the Work. 8.3.3 This Paragraph 8.3 does not exclude the recovery of damages for delay by either party under other provisions of the Contract Documents.
