  • Inventions and Patents 6.1 The Executive agrees that all processes, technologies and inventions (collectively, "Inventions"), including new contributions, improvements, ideas and discoveries, whether patentable or not, conceived, developed, invented or made by him during the Term shall belong to the Company, provided that such Inventions grew out of the Executive's work with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, are related in any manner to the business (commercial or experimental) of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or are conceived or made on the Company's time or with the use of the Company's facilities or materials.   • Ownership and Publication of Materials All reports, information, data, and other materials prepared by the Consultant pursuant to this agreement are the property of the City. The City has the exclusive and unrestricted authority to release, publish or otherwise use, in whole or part, information relating thereto. Any re-use without written verification or adaptation by the Consultant for the specific purpose intended will be at the City’s sole risk and without liability or legal exposure to the Consultant. No material produced in whole or in part under this agreement may be copyrighted or patented in the United States or in any other country without the prior written approval of the City.

  • Marketing and Publicity Each party may use the other party’s Brand Features in connection with the Agreement as permitted in the Agreement. Customer may state publicly that it is a Google customer and display Google Brand Features in accordance with the Trademark Guidelines. Customer and Google will work together on an announcement of Customer being a Google customer, which will take place on a mutually agreed upon date within 6 months of the Effective Date. Additionally, with prior written consent, the parties may engage in joint marketing activities such as customer testimonials, announcements, press engagements, public speaking events, and analyst interviews. A party may revoke the other party’s right to use its Brand Features with 30 days’ written notice. Any use of a party’s Brand Features will inure to the benefit of the party holding Intellectual Property Rights to those Brand Features.

  • PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PUBLICITY 43.1 The Provider must not by itself, its employees or agents and procure that its Sub-Contractors must:

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all public statements must accurately reflect the rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement, including the ownership of Environmental Attributes and Environmental Incentives and any related reporting rights.

  • SUPPLIER PUBLICATIONS 4.1 Any marketing materials in relation to this Framework Agreement that that Supplier produces must comply in all respects with the Branding Guidance. The Supplier will periodically update and revise such marketing materials.

  • Copyrights and Patents When the RECIPIENT creates any copyrightable materials or invents any patentable property under this Agreement, the RECIPIENT may copyright or patent the same but ECOLOGY retains a royalty free, nonexclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, recover, or otherwise use the material(s) or property, and to authorize others to use the same for federal, state, or local government purposes.
