Information and Publicity. Any publicity measure undertaken by any of the Partners must follow the rules applicable to the visibility of EC Erasmus + Programme, and be in accordance to Article I.12 of the Grant Agreement. Information and publicity measures will be coordinated among the Partners. The Partner is equally responsible to promote the fact that financing is provided from the European Union funds in the framework of the ERASMUS+ Programme and to ensure the appropriate publicity of the Project. The Partner takes note of the fact that the results of the Project as well as any study or analysis produced in the course of the Project will be made available to the public; the Partner agrees that the results of the Project shall be available for all Partners and for the public free of charge.
Information and Publicity. Which were the information and publicity actions implemented during the reporting period? Present the progress registered in the implementation of the publicity plan. Please provide actual examples (web address, attached files, etc.) of the measures through which the project contributed to the increasing of the information and publicity degree on the EEA Financial Mechanism and Program 2014–2021.
Information and Publicity. 1. The Beneficiary shall provide information on, and publicise the programme and operations, in accordance with Article 24 of the Framework Agreement. The information shall be addressed to the citizens and beneficiaries, with the aim of highlighting the role of the Community and ensuring transparency.
2. In accordance with Article 90 of the Financial Regulation the Commission shall publish the relevant information on contracts and grants. The Commission shall publish the results of tender and call for proposal procedures in the Official Journal of the European Union, on the EuropeAid website and in any other appropriate media, in accordance with the applicable contract procedures for Community external actions.
Information and Publicity. 1. The LP undertakes to fulfil the information and publicity measures set out in Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013, and in the information and publicity guidelines included the SMF Manual, the Visual Identity Manual for projects and the Communication toolkit of the Danube Transnational Programme with the aim to promote the fact that financing is provided from the European Union Funds in the framework of the Danube Transnational Programme and to ensure the adequate promotion of the project.
2. The LP shall ensure that all project official communications (e.g. any notice, publication, material or project event, including conferences or seminars) specify that the project has received contribution from the EU Funds, within the framework of the Danube Transnational Programme, by proper display of the Danube Transnational Programme logo including the project acronym and the EU emblem and by mentioning the Funds concerned.
3. The LP shall print a poster within three months after the project approval. Each project partner has to place one poster with information about the project, and the financial support from the EU, at a location visible to the public during the whole project implementation.
4. The LP shall ensure the proper means of communication between the project and the programme, including:
a) participation, whenever requested, in LP trainings organised by the MA/JS;
b) participation, whenever requested, in other events organised by the programme with the purpose of presenting/discussing/developing/sharing project results and creating synergies with other projects and relevant organisations.
5. Any notice or publication by the LP or the project partners, in whatever form and on or by whatever medium, including the Internet, must specify that it reflects the author’s views and that the MA/JS is not liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein.
6. The MA/JS, as well as the National Authorities of the Partner States of the programme – including National Contact Points – shall be authorised to publish, in any kind of form and on or by any kind of medium, including the Internet, the following information:
a) the name of the project;
b) the name of the LP and its project partners;
c) the amounts granted from contribution from EU Funds, specifying the EU funding (ERDF/IPA/ENI) and the total budget of the project;
d) the objective of the contribution from EU Funds and the project;
e) the geographical location of the project implementation;...
Information and Publicity. The Lead Beneficiary must ensure compliance of the project with Articles 115 and Annex XII of Regulation (EU) 1303/2013 and the Commission Implementing Regulation 821/2014 on information and publicity measures concerning co-financing from Structural Funds. Any statement or publication by the project, in whatever form and on or by whatever media, including the Internet, must state that it reflects the author’s views and that the Managing Authority shall not be held liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein. The Lead Beneficiary undertakes the obligation to send a copy of any publicity and information material produced to the JS, upon request and to have copies available for a period of 2 years after the contractual end of the project. This applies to all the beneficiaries as well the Lead Beneficiary furthermore authorises the JS, the Managing Authority, NA and the European Commission to use this material in order to demonstrate the Programme and/or Project results through any means of publicity both offline and online, without any further consent from any of the Project beneficiaries. In addition the Project beneficiaries will assist in any way possible any information or promotional campaign by the competent services of the European Commission and of the Member States, regarding their project. Any information, media appearance, or other publicity activity of the project shall be communicated to the JS for potential information and publicity activities. The Managing Authority is authorised to publicise, the following information: • the name of the Project and its Lead Beneficiary and beneficiaries, • the objectives, budget and executive summary of the project, • the amount granted • the geographical location of the project, • any other information agreed with the Lead Beneficiary.
Information and Publicity. 1. Any notice or publication by the project, including at a conference or a seminar, must specify that the project has received a subsidy from the Programme funds, in compliance with the requirements set in the Programme Manual and Publicity Guidelines; as well as in compliance with the requirements set by the regulatory framework in Article 1 Applicable legal framework.
2. In any public material used to promote or disseminate the project activities whether printed or electronically available, on objects and information carriers, the use of the Programme logo and the EU logo that includes the EU emblem (flag) and reference to the European Regional Development Fund, is mandatory as set out in the Programme Manual and Publicity Guidelines.
3. During the implementation of the project, the project partner shall inform the public about the support obtained from the programme funds by providing on the project partner’s website, where such website exists, a short description of the project and by placing at least one poster with information about the project (minimum size A3) at a location readily visible to the public as set in the Publicity Guidelines.
4. Any notice or publication by the project, in whatever form and on or by whatever medium, including the Internet, must specify that it reflects the author’s views and that the MA is not liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein.
5. The MA, European Commission and the JS shall be authorized to publish, in whatever form and on or by whatever medium, including the Internet, the following information: the name of the LP and its partners; the purpose of the subsidy; the amount granted and the proportion of the total cost of the project accounted for by the funding; the geographical location of the project; Information on earlier publicity of the project. LP is obliged to inform the MA/JS on possible sensitive/confidential (e.g. business or personnel related) issues that cannot be published in programme newsletters and web page.

The Project Participants take note of the fact that the results of the project as well as any study or analysis produced in the course of the project will be made available to the public and they agree that the results of the project shall be available for all Project Participants and for the public free of charge.

a) setting up of a project webpage within the programme website (whereby the respective activities shall start before the submission of the first Progress Report) and keeping it constantly updated during the whole project implementation;
b) production of a poster within six months after the project approval. Each project partner has to place at least one poster with information about the project, and the financial support from the EU, at a location visible to the public during the whole project implementation;
c) organisation of at least two public events to create awareness and disseminate the project results. A kick-off event should be organised within two months after the beginning of the project implementation and a final dissemination event should be organised at the end of the project implementation period. The communication plan should be submitted with the first Progress Report, which is a condition for the approval of the first Progress Report.

[Emeritus/EmeriCare] shall consult with Tenant with respect to the development of any informational material, mass media releases, and other related publicity materials, which are necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Facility. Neither Landlord nor [Emeritus/EmeriCare] shall use the name, logotype, trade dress or other identification of Tenant in any advertising or promotional material without Tenant's prior written consent, which consent may be granted or withheld in Tenant's sole and unfettered discretion; provided, however, nothing herein shall be construed as limiting the rights granted to Landlord and [Emeritus/EmeriCare] under the terms of Section 9.10 of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated January , 2010 entered into by and between Landlord and Xxxxxxx XX Assisted Living, LLC with respect to the Facility and certain other facilities described therein.
