Association and Management. Committee meetings shall be held the third Wednesday of every month commencing at 8:00 a.m. for the purpose of discussing all matters of mutual concern, or at such alternate time and date as mutually agreed upon by both parties. The Company will compensate employees attending such meetings at their regular rate of pay. Compensation will not be allowed for time spent outside the employee's regular working hours.
