Common use of Association/Council and Member Rights Clause in Contracts

Association/Council and Member Rights. The Association/Council and its members shall have the right to address the District Board regarding matters of professional or public concern without obtaining permission from the District before doing so. The Association/Council will give the Superintendent notice of its intent to address the Board. Licensed Professionals shall not be discriminated against based on participating in union activities nor based on their membership or non-membership in the Association.
