Association-Management Committee. There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) nurse representatives and the Employer representatives. The Committee shall meet every two months unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to the Employer nursing or matters relating to the interpretation or administration of the Agreement. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication.
Association-Management Committee. (a) The Association-Management Committee shall have equal representation and may be comprised of up to five
Association-Management Committee. An Association-Management Committee composed of representatives of the Employer and the Association. Meetings of this Committee shall be held at the request of either party, but at least every third [3rd] month. The purpose of this Committee shall be to discuss matters relating to workload, scheduling matters, job content, and other matters of mutual concern. Such topics shall be exclusive of matters which are properly the concern of the Negotiating Committee or in the Grievance process and shall be conducted without prejudice to the rights of the parties under this Agreement. An agenda will be prepared for each meeting and items for the agenda will be exchanged at least one (1) week in advance. Minutes of this meeting shall be maintained and signed by both parties prior to distribution or posting. The role of Chairperson shall rotate between the parties.
Association-Management Committee. The Classified Advisory Committee shall be formed to address issues and concerns of either party in an effort to collaboratively find solutions and improve communication between the District and Unit C employees. The Advisory Committee will run in duration until the Association and the District mutually agree to dissolve them. The committees will determine the dates and times of the meetings.
Association-Management Committee. (a) There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of one (1) member of the Bargaining Unit and one (1) Employer representative.
(b) The Committee shall meet within two weeks of the request of either party. The meeting will be held during regular clinic hours. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting.
(c) The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas; make joint recommendations on matters of concern including the quality and quantity of nursing care, occupational health and safety issues and professional development plans. Minutes shall be kept of all discussions and signed by both parties. Such minutes will be copied to the Health Centre Board.
Association-Management Committee. An Association-Management Committee, dealing with the interests of the full- time and part-time bargaining units, composed of four (4) representatives at least one from the Branch Offices. Meetings of this Committee shall be held at the request of either party, but at least every four (4) months. The purpose of this Committee shall be to discuss matters relating to workload, scheduling matters, job content, and other matters of mutual concern. Minutes of these meetings shall be maintained and signed by both parties. The role of Chairperson shall rotate between the parties. Membership of the Committee may be expanded by the mutual agreement of the parties. The Association-Management Committee shall have the right to have the assistance of representatives or consultants from or acting on behalf of the Ontario Nurses` Association.
Association-Management Committee. An Association/Management Committee shall be established consisting of two (2) nurse representatives of the Bargaining Unit and two (2) representatives of the Employer. The representatives shall suffer no loss of pay while attending meetings of the Association/Management Committee during their regular scheduled hours of work. Where possible, agenda items will be exchanged in writing at least five (5) calendar days in advance. The function of the Committee shall be to promote and to provide effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make recommendations on matters of mutual concern. The Employer will provide, upon request, information on workload measurement systems if used by the Employer, and evaluations completed of such systems. Matters may be referred to the Committee by the Association and the Employer.
Association-Management Committee a) The purpose of this Committee is to promote and provide effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make recommendations on matters of mutual concern. It is understood that there shall be no discussion of grievances or negotiations at these meetings. Matters may be referred to the Committee by either party for discussions.
b) The Association/Management Committee shall be composed of two (2) representatives of the Association, representing both full-time and part- time, and two (2) representatives of the Employer. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.
c) The Committee shall meet at mutually satisfactory times but no less than once every three (3) months. The date for Association/Management meetings shall be set no later than the end of January of each year, subject to changes by either party in writing to the other party. Either party shall notify the other in writing of its desire to meet. The parties will exchange agenda items no less than two (2) weeks in advance of the meeting date. Written minutes of the meetings shall be maintained and subsequently signed-off by the members of the Committee.
d) i) Concerns about workload assignments will be submitted to the Manager or designate, Clinic Services within fourteen (14) calendar days of the occurrence. A discussion by the Association/Management Committee with the appropriate Management shall be initiated by the latter to take place within ten

The parties agree to meet at least quarterly to address issues related to administration of this Agreement and matters of concern to either party in order to maintain a harmonious relationship and to pursue opportunities for partnership. The parties shall jointly develop an agenda for the meeting no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting. Additional meetings shall be scheduled upon the request of either party. The meeting will be held within ten (10) days from the day of the request unless an extended date is agreed to by both parties. Association-Management Committee. The Association may appoint an Association/Management Committee which shall be composed of two (2) Bargaining Unit members, one (1) of whom may be a Part- time nurse. The following provisions shall apply:
