ASSOCIATION/EMPLOYEE RIGHTS. Section 1. The Board agrees to furnish the Association, in response to reasonable requests, available public information concerning the District in order to assist the Association in developing intelligent, accurate, informed and instructive programs on behalf of the secretaries together with the information which may be necessary for the Association to process a grievance or complaint, and to negotiate future contracts. Section 2. The Association shall have the right to access all means of communications for its materials, provided that such material is clearly identified and the Association accepts responsibility for such material. Section 3. When facilities are desired for Association meetings, such requests will be submitted through normal channels. Section 4.
