Association Membership and Service Fees. All faculty members covered in paragraph 2 may choose to become members of the Association and tender to the Association the periodic dues required for the acquisition and retention of Association membership. Faculty members may also choose to pay the Association a service fee for its bargaining, grievance handling and contract administration services. Faculty members may also opt to not financially support or pay fees to the Association.
