ASSOCIATION NEGOTIATION COSTS. When the Board and the Association mutually schedule negotiations during the duty day, any teacher who participates in said negotiations shall suffer no loss of pay or other benefits. The Association shall reimburse the Board for the cost of a hired substitute teacher for each absence under this provision.
