Association Officer Sample Clauses

Association Officer is a Postal employee appointed or elected to act as an authorized representative of the Association. When an Association Officer is unable to perform his function, the Association will designate another Postal employee to act on his behalf.
Association Officer. The Association shall have a primary and alternate ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who is a District employee designated in writing by the Association who shall be given reasonable amounts of time during working hours without loss of pay to handle grievances and other Association matters relating to employment issues within this District.
Association Officer. A leave of absence of up to two (2) years may be granted to any teacher upon application for the purpose of serving as an officer of the Association and its staff. Upon return from such leave such teachers shall be placed at the same position on the salary schedule as they would have been had they taught in the system during such period.
Association Officer. An employee who is elected as an officer of the National Education Association or the Michigan Education Association will be granted a leave without pay, fringe benefits, or seniority accrual for a period not to exceed two years, providing the employee has been in the employ of the District for a minimum of three continuous years. A renewal of said leave will be at the discretion of the Board.
