Association Representation Responsibilities. The Association agrees and shall assume its responsibilities as recognized designated representative to represent all unit employees without discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion and to comply with exclusive representation responsibilities as set forth in the City's Employee Relations Ordinance as amended.
