Association Training Leave. The Association officers or their designees shall be granted forty (40) aggregate hours of paid release time per year to be used for the purpose of training in matters relating to the Association’s duty of fair representation, bargaining, contract enforcement and maintaining its collective bargaining relationship with the College.
