At Placing Completion. (a) the Placing Agent shall deliver to the Company a list of the Placee(s), the number of the Placing Shares to be subscribed by each Placee, the names, addresses and denominations (in board lots or otherwise) in which the Placing Shares are to be registered and, where relevant, the CCASS accounts to which Placing Shares are to be credited.
