Executive’s employment with the Company is at-will and not for any specified period and may be terminated at any time, with or without Cause or advance notice, by either Executive or the Company. In addition, the Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position or duties to meet business needs and to use discretion in deciding on appropriate discipline. No representative of the Company, other than an authorized representative of the Board, has the authority to alter the at-will employment relationship.
