Executive understands and agrees that neither his job performance nor promotions, commendations, bonuses or the like from the Company give rise to or in any way serve as the basis for modification, amendment, or extension, by implication or otherwise, of his employment with the Company. The at-will nature of Executive’s employment cannot be modified or amended except by a written agreement signed by Executive and the Company’s CEO.

At-Will Employment. Executive’s employment relationship with the Company is and shall be at all times at-willwill in nature. Either Executive or the Company may terminate can end the employment relationship at any time, time with or without notice, and with or without reason.
