Common use of At-Will Status Clause in Contracts

At-Will Status. Unless Executive has a written employment agreement signed by a duly authorized officer of the Company that clearly and unequivocally provides otherwise, Executive’s employment with the Company is at-will, meaning that either the Company or Executive may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a contract of employment for a fixed or guaranteed term or to eliminate or create a limitation on any right that either one of the Parties would have to terminate the employment relationship between them absent this Agreement.
