At-Will Status. Nothing in this Agreement shall create any obligation on the part of any Party to (a) continue the employment of any employee or other service provider following the date of this Agreement or the Effective Time (except as required by applicable Law) for any specific period of time, or (b) change the at-will employment status of any employee.
