Common use of AT&T-22STATE Clause in Contracts

AT&T-22STATE. hereby conveys no licenses to use such Intellectual Property rights and makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning CLEC’s (or any Third Parties’) rights with respect to such Intellectual Property rights and contract rights, including whether such rights will be violated by such Interconnection or unbundling and/or combining of 251(c)(3) UNEs (including combining with CLEC’s Network Elements) in AT&T-22STATE’s network or CLEC's use of other functions, facilities, products or services furnished under this Agreement. Any licenses or warranties for Intellectual Property rights associated with 251(c)(3) UNEs are vendor licenses and warranties and are a part of the Intellectual Property rights AT&T-22STATE agrees in Section 17.7 above to use its best efforts to obtain.

Any licenses or warranties for Intellectual Property rights associated with 251(c)(3) UNEs are vendor licenses and warranties and are a part of subject to the Intellectual Property rights AT&T-22STATE agrees ownership terms stated in Section 17.7 above to use its best efforts to obtain19 of this Agreement.
