AT&T WorldNet Promotions. (a) iVillage will promote, on the iVillage Sites, the AT&T WorldNet Service, which shall be marketed and Promoted exclusively as "iVillage Online Powered by AT&T WorldNet Service", or some other branding mutually agreed to by the parties ("iVillage Online").
