Attaching Party’s Response. Within 60 days after receiving a notice under Section 27.3 of this Agreement, Attaching Party shall acknowledge receipt of the notice and submit to SBC-13STATE, in writing, an application for a new or amended occupancy permit with respect to such facilities.
