ATTACHMENTS, SCHEDULES AND SIGNATURES. It is further mutually agreed that this Agreement and the contract documents constitute the entire Agreement between the Owner and the Trade Contractor and supersede all prior or oral understandings. This Agreement may only be amended, supplemented, modified, or cancelled by a duly executed written amendment.
