Attend Labor Relations Committee meetings. The Moderator/Facilitator shall ensure that accurate minutes are taken of each meeting and passed by motion of the committee at the next meeting. The Moderator/Facilitator shall maintain a minute book of all approved minutes of the committee meetings.
