Common use of Attendance at Meetings and Hearings Clause in Contracts

Attendance at Meetings and Hearings. All parties at interest shall be permitted to attend a grievance meeting or arbitration hearing with no loss of pay or benefits. The parties to this agreement will attempt at all times to schedule hearings at a time other than during the work day.
