Attendance by Telephone. Members of the Board of Managers, or of any committee of the Board of Managers, may participate in a meeting of the Board of Managers, or any committee, by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at a meeting.
Attendance by Telephone. Any member or members of the Board of Directors will be deemed present and voting at a meeting of the Board if said member or members participate in the meeting by means of a conference telephone or other communications equipment enabling all persons participating in the meeting to hear other at the same time. Participation by such means will constitute presence in person at a meeting.

Members of the Management Committee, or any subcommittee thereof, may participate in and act at any meeting of the Management Committee, or such subcommittee, as the case may be, through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can identify and hear each other. Participation in such meeting shall constitute attendance and presence in person at the meeting of the person or persons so participating.

Class A Members may participate in a meeting by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at a meeting.
Attendance by Telephone. Partners may participate in any meeting by conference telephone or similar communications medium that permits all Partners participating to hear one another at the same time. A Partner so participating is deemed present at the meeting.

Any one or more Directors or members of a committee may participate in a meeting of the Board of Directors or committee by means of a conference telephone or similar communications device which allows all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other, and such participation in the meeting shall be deemed presence in person at such meeting.
