ATTENTION TO DUTIES. The Employee shall devote his whole working time and attention to the Employer during the Term of this Agreement and will not engage in any other capacity or activity which, in the sole opinion of the Employer acting reasonably, would hinder or interfere with the performance of the duties of the Employee.
